End of Season Band Party

We are looking for a party planner to coordinate the end of Marching Band season party. It takes place the night of the Pitman Holiday Parade (Saturday of Thanksgiving weekend, Nov. 24th).  We use the VFW hall. The PPBA secretary sends out emails to parents requesting covered dishes/drinks/supplies and the volunteers to help at the party, and the party planner tracks the responses.  The party planner would also coordinate getting the hall decorated that evening (with the help of other parents).  We just need someone to oversee management of the party. We have LOTS of parents to donate food, etc., and to help out that night, but it really helps to have one person just coordinate it. Please email Marie Skinner at if you would like to be the party planner.
